Scott Gildea
Scott is a Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He has over 20 years of experience advising middle-market businesses on divestitures, capital raises, senior debt underwritings, and strategic advisory assignments. As a senior member of the Corporate Finance group, he specializes in corporate finance analysis, advising clients on capital structure and strategic alternatives.
Prior to joining FTS, Scott worked at JPMorgan Chase and served as CFO for a publicly traded middle market company.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and Series 79 and 63 licenses.
