Tyler Fink
Tyler is a Vice President with Fifth Third’s Financial Sponsors Group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He supports senior professionals across M&A, leveraged finance, and capital markets in delivering strategic advice, idea generation, and transaction execution for large and mid-cap sponsor portfolio companies. He has over seven years of investment banking experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on senior credit facilities, high-yield debt, equity market transactions, and M&A.
Tyler joined the Financial Sponsors Group in 2018 after completing Fifth Third’s Corporate & Investment Banking training program.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Copeland School of Business at Ohio University and is a FINRA-registered securities representative with Series 79 and 63 licenses.
