Kyle Hopkins

Kyle is a Director with Fifth Third’s Healthcare and Real Estate Investment Banking groups He leads the real estate advisory practice for industrial, retail, office and multifamily asset classes across the country. His focus is on buy-side/sell-side M&A advisory, investment sales, debt & equity capital raises, and strategic partnership/joint-venture structuring for his clients. He also holds a position on the NAIOP Capital Markets National Board, a thought leadership group of top real estate executives from across the country. Prior to joining Fifth Third as a member of H2C Securities Inc., a healthcare-focused M&A and strategic advisory firm acquired by Fifth Third Bank in 2020, Kyle was a Director within the Strategic Investment Advisory and Corporate Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield. Kyle earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson where he concentrated on corporate finance and real estate. Kyle has been involved with the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and has been a guest speaker at UCLA on various real estate disciplines. He played Division I basketball at Idaho State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management. He also sits on the board of directors for RTR Holdings, a private restaurant group.
