Bill Hanlon

Bill is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Healthcare Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He has served as a trusted advisor to a wide variety of healthcare organizations across the country, assisting in the design and execution of growth strategies and capital financing transactions. His direct financing and advisory experience includes both public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as business and real estate acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions for hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, managed care companies, long=term care organizations and other ancillary services or technology businesses. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank with the acquisition of H2C Securities Inc. in 2020, Bill founded Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC in 2011 and acquired H2C Securities, Inc. less than a year later. He was also a founder of Shattuck Hammond Partners Inc. in 1993 serving as a member of the board and management committees of that firm and its successor organizations. A frequent presenter to boards and industry groups, he is a past member of the Health Management Academy and the CEO Roundtable as well as the Finance Committee of the Sarasota Yacht Club, the Finance Committee and the Long Range Planning Committee of the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club and the boards of Global Scientific Ltd., a medical device company, CURE LLC, a commercial finance company sold in part to AmeriQuest Transportation Services, Inc. and FutureHealth Corporation, a healthcare risk management company sold to Nationwide Insurance. In 1997, he participated in the U.S. Agency for International Development program to support the growth of the healthcare capital markets system in Russia. Bill received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He holds a Series 63 state securities license, the following general securities licenses: series 7, 79, 50 and the following supervisory licenses: series 14, 24 and 53.
