Thomas Murphy
Tom is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Aerospace, Defense and Transportation Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He has worked across many service groups, including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financings, special situations, financial sponsors and private companies.
Tom has more than 20 years of experience, bringing deep industry knowledge to Fifth Third's Investment Banking group. Prior to joining FTS, he was the Head of Aerospace & Defense at Lincoln, Baird and Stifel. Tom has also worked in the Industrials Investment Banking practice of Friedman, Billings & Ramsey and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities. Tom graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
