PJ Camp
PJ is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Healthcare and Real Estate Investment Banking groups, part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and is the Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking practice. Located in New York City, he is also a senior member of Fifth Third’s Healthcare Investment Banking group. PJ was a co-founder of Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC and its subsidiary, H2C Securities Inc., acquired by Fifth Third Bank in 2020. He brings over 25 years of professional experience as a trusted real estate advisor to a multitude of companies throughout the country.
Previously, PJ was a Managing Director at the investment banking firm of Shattuck Hammond Partners, where he led the firm’s real estate group for ten years and served on the firm’s board and management committee. His clients include many of the most recognizable real estate owners, investors and developers with properties located in every state in the country. In addition to his work with healthcare-related organizations, he has advised many of the nation’s top REITs and a broad range of operating companies that own significant amounts of real estate. Prior to joining Shattuck Hammond Partners, PJ was a founding member of Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal’s National Real Estate Capital Markets Group.
Prior to his tenure with Ernst & Young, PJ was a member of the land acquisitions group of K. Hovnanian Companies, a top ten publicly traded development company, and practiced architecture with an east coast firm as a licensed architect in the State of New York. He received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, graduating as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He serves on several corporate advisory boards and is a regular speaker at industry conferences throughout the country. Mr. Camp holds a Series 63 state securities license, Series 7 and 79 general securities licenses and a Series 24 supervisory securities license.
