Paul Croci
Paul is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Industrials Investment Banking team where he leads the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) practice. He has over 20 years of experience advising management teams and shareholders of A&D companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, acquisitions and capital raises. His sector experience includes commercial aerospace OEM/MRO, business jets/FBOs, USM/distribution, space, defense hardware/electronics and government services.
Prior to joining Fifth Third, Paul was CFO of Stoke Space, where he helped scale the company and raise a $260 million Series C round. He previously led the A&D practice at Wells Fargo Securities and served as head of corporate development for Honeywell Aerospace.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
