James Heidbreder

Jamie is a Managing Director in Fifth Third’s Healthcare Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). Jamie joined FTS in 2018 with the acquisition of Coker Capital. He has nearly 25 years of healthcare investment banking experience, working at both boutique advisory as well as bulge bracket firms. He has deep experience evaluating, negotiating, and executing buy- and sell-side M&A assignments and a track-record of successfully raising debt and equity capital across Fortune 500, mid-sized, and start-up companies. Jamie is currently focused on advising founders and private equity clients on sell-side mergers and acquisitions across the healthcare services landscape with a particular focus on multi-site and physician practice management, pharmacy services, laboratory services and post-acute care. Previously, Jamie was a Managing Director at Coker Capital as well as in the healthcare investment banking groups at Capital One, RBC Capital Markets, and FBR Capital Markets. He began his career from 2000 – 2008 in the Healthcare group at JPMorgan. Jamie received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Accounting from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
