Jake Gorin

Jake is a Vice President with Fifth Third’s Healthcare and Real Estate Investment Banking Groups, part of Fifth Third Securities Inc. (“FTS”). He works with health systems and investors on strategic real estate transactions and advisory throughout the country. Engagements include investment sales and portfolio monetizations, buyside/sell-side M&A advisory, developer selections, portfolio optimization, programmatic and project-level debt and equity capital raises and partnership/joint venture structuring. Jake joined Fifth Third in 2022 as a member of H2C Securities Inc., a healthcare-focused M&A and strategic advisory firm acquired by the Bank in 2020. Prior to joining H2C, Jake served as an Associate at Seavest Healthcare Properties, a sector-specific investor focusing on medical office buildings, outpatient facilities and specialized treatment centers that are strategic to hospitals. At Seavest, he assisted in the acquisition of new investments and asset management of the firm’s portfolio that spanned the entire U.S. Prior to Seavest, Jake worked at JLL as a Capital Markets Analyst. During his time at JLL, he focused on investment sales in New York City and led the underwriting of middle market and institutional real estate investments across all asset classes. Jake graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan–Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a Registered Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) and an Investment Banking Limited-Representative (Series 79).
