Aaron Miller

Aaron is an Executive Director in Fifth Third’s Financial Sponsors Group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). His primary focus is on delivering strategic thought and investment advisory services to the private equity community. Aaron’s background in analysis, structuring, and execution of leverage finance transactions allows him to successfully execute for his clients. Aaron delivers opportunities for existing portfolio companies and new platform investments. He works closely with all parts of Fifth Third Capital Markets and the Corporate Bank to produce a seamless solution for their needs. He began his career at Fifth Third in 2011 in Healthcare Underwriting and then moved into Healthcare Sponsor Coverage in 2014. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Aaron spent nine years at RBC Bank. During his time at RBC, he led a team of underwriters in Public Finance with a focus on healthcare and higher education. Aaron received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Campbell University. Aaron currently holds the FINRA series 79 and 63 licenses.
