Zac Kennedy
Zac is a Director with Fifth Third’s Tech-Enabled Business Services group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He advises management teams, private equity groups, and shareholders of middle market businesses in connection with the sale of their business, as well as engagements relating to capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic alternatives. He has significant transaction experience across business services subsectors, including technology, legal, professional, and human capital services.
Zac joined FTS in 2013 and has over ten years of experience in the Investment Banking group. Prior to joining FTS, he was an equity research intern with Stephens Inc. and Avondale Partners during graduate school.
Zac holds a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University – Kelley.
