Rory Dineen

Rory is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Consumer Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He leads the Consumer team’s efforts in the food, beverage & wellness sector and has deep subsector expertise in the baking, healthy snacking, VMS and private label food manufacturing industries. Rory has executed a variety of sell-side and buy-side M&A, strategic advisory and private and public capital markets transactions over the course of his 15+ year career. Prior to joining FTS in 2021, Rory was a senior banker in Deloitte Corporate Finance and its predecessor firm McColl Partners’ Consumer Investment Banking practice. At Deloitte and in prior roles, Rory has also served clients in the industrials, healthcare and business services sectors. He began his career in the Industrials Investment Banking practice at Wachovia Securities. Rory received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
