Rob Tyndall
Rob is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He leads the Corporate Finance Group, a team of investment bankers dedicated to helping middle market company owners and management to plan and fund strategic growth and capital needs, optimize capital structure, and navigate successful ownership transitions.
Prior to joining FTS, Rob was a Managing Director and Partner with private firms and at Regions Bank, where he originated and structured the acquisition of a leading boutique investment bank. Prior to his career in investment banking, Rob was a Consultant for Bain & Company, and a General Manager for a private equity-backed software company, which went public in 2004.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina, and an Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Harvard Business School.
