Kevin Kaeppler

Kevin is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and has over 30 years of experience advising management teams, private equity groups and shareholders of middle market businesses in connection with the sale of their business as well as assignments relating to strategic alternatives, acquisitions and capital raises. He focuses on companies in the business services industry, and has transactional experience across numerous subsectors including professional, tech-enabled, commercial & industrial, field tech and utility services. Kevin has additional experience advising niche industrial businesses. Prior to joining FTS, Kevin was a Managing Director at Fidus Partners and Brookwood Associates, boutique investment banking firms focused on the middle market. Prior to Brookwood Associates, he worked with SBS & Co. and Arthur Andersen in their flagship Chicago office. Kevin holds an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Virginia - Darden and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
