Jason Grunsky

Jason is a Vice President with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He joined Fifth Third’s Investment Banking team in 2022 with experience advising management teams, private equity groups, and shareholders of middle market companies in connection with the sale or divestiture of their businesses, in addition to assignments relating to acquisitions and capital raises. His sub-sector expertise includes tech-enabled business services, energy, and technology/telecom infrastructure. Before joining FTS, he was a Vice President of Strategic Finance at a European-based technology firm and an Investment Banking Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Finance, an advisory firm focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital solutions for clients in the middle market. Previously, Jason was a Registered Professional Engineer and Project Manager in the nuclear power generation industry with nearly a decade of experience working with electric utilities, domestic EPC firms, and international engineering firms on large capital projects. Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
