Hunter Hastings
Hunter is a Vice President with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”) where he advises management teams, private equity firms, and shareholders of middle-market companies on business sales, divestitures, acquisitions and capital raises. His sub-sector expertise includes tech-enabled business services, industrials, and financial services.
Hunter joined FTS in 2021. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Hovde Group, a boutique firm serving clients in the financial services sector, including community and regional banks, asset managers and specialty finance companies. He also served as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services group at EY, where he specialized in providing M&A financial due diligence for both public and private clients.
Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and is a licensed CPA.
