C.J. Andriole
C.J. is a Director with Fifth Third’s Healthcare Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). C.J. joined FTS in 2014 and has 10+ years of investment banking experience focusing on advising founders and private equity clients on sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience working with healthcare clients in several sub-sectors, including medical products / devices, multi-site healthcare, and physician and provider services.
C.J. joined Coker Capital in 2018. Prior to Coker Capital, he worked in the Specialized Industries M&A group of Fifth Third Securities, executing sell-side and buy-side M&A and strategic advisory transactions in the middle market across the consumer & retail and industrials industries.
C.J. received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wake Forest University. He is a FINRA registered securities dealer with Series 79 and 63 licenses.
