Melina Audinelle

Melina is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), with over 23 years of investment banking experience covering public and private companies in both the large corporate and middle market sectors at both boutique and bulge bracket firms. Melina has significant experience in providing financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, debt financings, private placements, and equity capital raises She is particularly focused on the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of M&A advisory and capital raise mandates for family/founder-owned and private equity-owned businesses. Prior to joining FTS in 2014, Melina spent five years at Challenger Capital Group, a boutique investment bank providing a full suite of investment banking products including M&A advisory and structured capital raising. Previously, she served as an investment banking associate for JPMorgan, where she was a member of the Investment Banking M&A Group covering clients across a broad range of industries, including industrials, steel/metals and mining, retail, consumer products, and paper/packaging. Prior to JPMorgan, Melina served as an analyst for Citigroup in the Branded Consumer & Agricultural Group covering Midwest-based large corporate clients. Melina has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University.
