Jae Kim
Jae is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and has advised owner/entrepreneurs, families, private equity firms and corporations on a wide range of strategic advisory assignments including sell-side and buy-side M&A, corporate divestitures, capital raising and restructurings. He is a senior member of the Corporate Finance Group, a team of investment bankers dedicated to helping middle market company owners and management to plan and fund strategic growth and capital needs, optimize capital structure, and navigate successful ownership transitions.
Prior to joining Fifth Third, Jae was an investment banker with Mesirow and Robert W. Baird & Co.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University.
