Robert Farenhem
Robert is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and has advised many middle market businesses over his 25+ year career, including public and private equity offerings, acquisitions, divestitures, senior debt underwritings and junior debt placements. Robert is a senior member of the Corporate Finance group that specializes in corporate finance analysis to advise clients on capital structure and strategic alternatives.
Prior to joining FTS, Robert spent 15 years in private equity and in various c-level management positions within portfolio companies. Robert started his investment banking career with Bank of America Securities in their Middle Market Investment Bank.
Robert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Miami.
