Joshua Van Manen

Josh is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and has advised many middle market companies over his 20+ year career. He is a senior member of the Corporate Finance Group, a team of investment bankers dedicated to helping middle market company owners and management to plan and fund strategic growth and capital needs, optimize capital structure, and navigate successful ownership transition and liquidity. Josh’s financing and advisory experience includes private debt and equity financings, acquisitions, divestitures, and private company exit and succession planning across multiple industries. Prior to his current role with FTS, Josh spent 16 years with Fifth Third Bank in middle market sales and relationship management, sponsor coverage, leverage finance, and asset-based lending. he also has investment and operational experience with start-up and growth businesses. Josh received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and holds Series 79 and 63 licenses.
