Ann-Louise Taylor

Ann-Louise serves as an Executive Director within Fifth Third’s Financial Sponsors Group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”), and is based in San Francisco, CA. She is focused on supporting middle market private equity firms primarily throughout the Western and Midwestern United States. She offers a broad range of experience to her sponsor relationships, having spent many years in middle market private equity, direct lending, and M&A advisory. Ann-Louise joined Fifth Third in 2019 within the Commercial Banking division focused on expanding the bank’s presence throughout California, primarily with middle market private equity firms and transitioned to the Financial Sponsors Group in 2023. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Ann-Louise spent four years as a direct lender focused exclusively on middle market sponsor-backed transactions at Tree Line Capital Partners and Neptune Financial. Previously, she spent eight years as a middle market private equity investment professional at Clarity Partners and Allied Capital Corporation. Ann-Louise began her professional career within the investment banking divisions at Citigroup (Salomon Smith Barney) and then UBS Securities. Ann-Louise received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She currently holds FINRA series 79 and 63 licenses.
