Roman Lefranc

Roman is a Managing Director with Fifth Third’s Investment Banking group, a part of Fifth Third Securities, Inc. (“FTS”). He has over 20 years of M&A, capital markets, and business development experience. During his time with FTS, he has participated in numerous corporate finance and capital market transactions, including international and domestic mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, and private placements. His expertise extends to a wide range of industries including consumer products & services, healthcare, food & beverages, and industrials. With FTS, Roman is a senior member of the Corporate Finance Group, a team that focuses on providing investment banking and capital market advisory services to support growth and value creation initiatives for mid-cap and middle market companies. Before joining FTS, Roman was a Director at MUFG Union Bank, in the commercial banking division. Previously, he spent ten years at Aaron Capital / Diamond Capital Advisors, a Los Angeles-based boutique investment bank, where he was most recently a Managing Director. Roman started his financial career on the trading floor of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, one of the leading global financial institutions. Roman holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Finance from INSEEC School of Business & Economics. He is licensed by FINRA as a General Securities Representative, holding series 63 and 79 licenses.
